You know an ideology has suffered human/materialistic concoctions, if it is somehow solely surrounded, and is only orbiting around, one single individual. Take Shiaism for example, or Christianity, or our very own Ekattur er chetona, all of these belief systems orbit around a single individual. Leaving all the important things behind, they concentrate only on the superficial attributions of their divine-man. We should realise that these Men, those who are being idolised, are not themselves greater than the ideology they have given their lives for. So to forsake their ideologies, and to just worship them, is a very foolish thing to do. If you love Amirul Muminin Ali ibn Abi Talib (R:), or Isa ibn Maryam (A:), or Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, just saying Ya Ali or Jesus Christ!! or Joy Bangla before and after everything you do would not mean anything. If you Love them, try to follow their principles and implement their virtues. Oh and most of all, please try to avoid doing shirk. Often we tend to praise someone soooo much that we cross the limit and start doing shirk. ***Disclaimer: Sheikh Mujibur rahman here has been used for example purposes only.
