You know, i have had an exciting life over the past 43 years. some of my days were hard, years of being aimless and depressed, and other times filled with both excited and scared shitless like my time in iraq. still other times filled with pride and joy, like the day i married my love, sharon burns and witnessed the birth of my daughter nichole, i even cut the umbilical chord. then there were the bad days, like when i lost my lil brother vern, the day my driver was killed in iraq, kynoch, but through it all i knew that i had a purpose. that purpose has changed over the years but now its all clear. My daughter is a gift from god, she brightens the day of everyone she meets and has such an out going personality. she is going to change the world. my purpose in life has never been to take care of me, it was always to take care of others, weather it was to protect my fellow soldiers to my left or my right, or to look after my lil sister orgia, or my wife as she went through so many health problems... well now it is to take care of lil nichole. she is my life, my love and my gift.i tread softly and carry a big stick.
