You know its been 3 and half weeks since my father passed. I gotta say sometimes it just hits me in the bottom of my stomache that he is really gone. He left a wonderful legacy, he truly was a great person, he truly believed that this world could be a better place if we all just tried a little bit, tried a little bit harder, he left a very loving legacy. Sometimes when i am silent and by myself the silence is so DEEP now, like nothing i have ever before felt, and the silence is so deep, a half hour passes, an hour.....i get lost in that abyss of deep silence....i cant explain how i feel these days. Remember everyone, we are all going to die one day - what will people say about you? WHAT WILL BE YOUR LEGACY.....you affect everyone around you..... the patriarch of our family is now gone and i wonder who in our family will carry on his legacy......or at least try......and then usually about now i start to cry .......again........
