You know, lately Ive been running into brothas whove been hitting me with this dilemma. They have wives an gfs riding them about chasing their dreams. These are creative men who have an entrepreneurial spirit. Now, I understand that some sort of money has to come in. I get that. And these men work and some dont. But the point Im trying to make here is, ladies, if you have a man pursuing a dream, let that man pursue his dream. In some cases, thats all they have. A dream. And why take that away from them with sharp barbs, frowned faces and disapproval? I guess youll be happier when you break up and he meets someone who WILL support him and his dream takes off. Rome was not built in a day. He more than likely had his dream before meeting his significant other. In todays times, how many men or women does one meet who actually HAS a dream and is ACTIVELY pursing it? And when they come to me with thus dilemma I inform them to NEVER give up on your dream! NEVER! Youll know when its time to change gears or let it go. But only that person pursing the dream knows when that time is. So in the meantime? Take a chill pill. For real.
