You know, these random, odd physical sensations can be unnerving. The other night my left foot, which was on the floor, was vibrating. I kept looking at my phone, thinking it was vibrating and I was just feeling the vibration. In my left foot. And no where else. Wasnt the phone, and yes, it was an illogical thought, but what IS a logical explanation for ones left foot to vibrate, or at least Feel as if it is? Last night, the muscle on my leg just above the knee was, I guess you would say, contracting, or twitching. Literally moving By itself while I was stretched out on the couch minding my own business, Not moving. Not a pleasant feeling either, and not a cramp. Why? Who the heck knows. Then there is the whole vertigo kind of thing going on, separate from my regular dizzy stagger. The vertigo thing which started around five months ago, Was only happening when I would move my head from a horizontal position to a verticle, but it seems to have graduated. I lay my head down flat on the bed the other day, and was almost overcome by this incredidle feeling of Internal disequilibrium. Very, very strange sensation. And dont even get me started on all these random rashes in various places - arms, hands, torso, feet, face..... Annoying as hell because they itch like crazy, and I tend to scratch them until I remove the top three layers of skin. Would that I could scratch the figurative surface of all of these weird sensations as well.
