You know what annoys me so much? When people bash on tv magicians because they may use stooges or camera tricks. First of all, whats the difference between paying your assistant to help in an illusion in a live show as apposed to paying someone to help with an the same illusion in the streets for tv? Exactly, NOTHING. If a tv magician like David Blain, Criss Angel, Cyril, etc. use a stooge, they are the only one in on the effect. The other peoples reactions are genuine reactions. And with cameras tricks. You can not misdirect a camera like you can live. So sure if the camera is taken away from the magician for a second they may do something sneaky, but thats only because if they didnt, the trick would be ruined for the people at home.
