You know what makes my blood boil?? Slave driving companies who try to use guilt trips on you. If you are scheduled 2:30-10:15 and are trying to leave because your shift is over, your boss should never try to guilt you into staying later because some other people called in. Or tell you that you are irresponsbile for even wanting to leave when your shift is over. And then saying to you not even asking you but saying you need to call your ride because your not gonna be out of here by 10:15. WtF is that kind of shit!!! If you were scheduled to close then that is understandable on some degree but when your not and you have already been there almost 8 hours already then that company needs to rethink how they speak to people. I really can;t stand where my daughter works and it pisses me off to no end when they try to do this shit to her. They are extremely lucky she told me not to call them because I want to give them an earfull and then some. How dare they even act like she is not being responsible because she wants to leave after a long shift and go home, and has already worked the hours she was scheduled too!!!
