You know what you tell your crazy Fox-watching Uncle when he complains that the U.S. is only something like 5% of the worlds population -- before he even finishes, before he says so why should we be the ones to make the first concessions? you have your answer ready and you shoot him down...Because we use 25% of the worlds energy resources, and we have benefited the most. Look around at the paved roads, the drinkable water, the safe transit... And then, you notch your bow for your kill-shot...And the countries that have it better than us, like Germany and other NATO members? Lets just say its time for a little bit of that there whadyacallit Marshall Plan thingie here in this country for a change. Starting with climate change, because thats the most urgent issue we need to deal with. Hell be so confused be that exchange this Thanksgiving, youll be good until at least next Fourth of July.
