You know when I first heard this song all I could do was smile because I loved who I was with you. And then you quickly made me hate myself because you tried changing me into something im not. Then I hated this song and felt rage everytime I heard it. Who knows maybe I stayed with you so long because I craved being treated like shit and taken advantage of. All I know now is I can say I am truly happy with who I am with this amazing man I met. He likes me for me and dont expect me to change for nothing, just asks to be treated as my equal and with respect and appreciation. Now everytime I hear this im smiling ear to ear. Glad I finally found someone worth while. Now just have to pull my head out of my ass and keep in mind exactly what I now have...a partner, great friend, a companion and much more. I hope for once this is no waste of time but a great start/restart to an amazing future with an amazing person
