You know when your friend turns to you at 18 and tells you shes gonna be a singer and you just nod your head knowing life rarely lets people achieve their dreams... Well this particular friend refused to give up, after every knock down she dusted herself off, got some new hair and got back on stage. She managed to get her own original music from the laptop in her bedroom into a studio and then to the general public. The music industry is ruthless, it takes an enormous amount of courage to retain your sense of self musically, emotionally and physically and though she has had her ups and downs she has managed this with a grace and level of enduring patience I can only admire.
