You know, with everything going on, i felt like i was gonna be able to hold it together. So much for that. So many memories keep coming into my head. Like the time when i was little and me, my dad, my uncle joey and his family went to an oldies 98 show at the valley forge music center. It was my very first concert, i dont remember who was on the bill, with exception of Lou Christie, but I know that I left with a bigger love of music. Also remember the countless times they (my dad, my uncle & some of the friends ) would get together and just play their old 45s. And those nights were never complete until they were just standing around singing doo wop songs themselves. I know there were times when I thought he was a bit tough, but i know he was only like that because he wanted us to push ourselves to be better. In just a few hours well say goodbye to a big music lover. But i know hell be up there with a smile, and with that laugh of his, spinning those 45s of his.
