You know you are NOTHING to your company when... 1.uve been working for so many years and you still cant buy a new car 2.management ask you to support other employee job with an excuse takut that other people will resign 3. Management never care if you are going or not for the makan2 with other employee 4. U notice that even as an executive who allowed to come in late to office but u still need to come early and go back very late in order to complete ur task while other executives can come in until 930am and go back at 630 sharp. 5. Everytime u highlight what problem you are facing, that problem becomes ur job and responsibility. 6. Since too many things you need to do by yourself, you are TOO MULTITASKING employee. 7. U feel that you dont care anymore.. 8. U notice that you are too tired trying to finish up your jobs including other people job until one day you notice that you are carrying 2 bags on your face instead of your hands which people call it EYEBAGS I have that feeling now..thus, i will : 1.try to look around for a new job..mainland maybe..just to save some cost in order to keep some for a new car 2. Dont care about how the management feel about my job, how i completed my task. Because ive seen other employee do the same and still got 4-5 times of their monthly salary as their bonus. 3. Go back early because ive wasted alot of my time to the company who never or less appreciated what ive done for the company. Besides, family should come first.they need me. 4. I will never highlight what are the problem that i am facing because i only have 2 hands and 24 hours a day..i just need some rest..i cant take all the responsibility..especially other employees responsibility. 5.again, i will never highlight what are the problem i am facing now because it is useless.i rather update it as my status..because i noticed that my friends will always support me.Company dont.
