You know you have too much Christmas crap. Dig it out next weekend and do an exchange. I did this a couple of years ago. Encouraged neighbors and friends to drop by with any decorations they were tired of, take any that looked interesting. You didnt have to contribute to take something. People picked up things to decorate school rooms and workplaces. For a friend who was going to miss Christmas in the hospital. For a church supper for the homeless. Kids picked up ornaments for the family tree, small Disney characters to decorate their bedroom. Best yard sale I ever organized.
