You know you shouldnt be cooking, you should let me take care of that for you. I am going to ask Roxi, Kelly, Uncle Roscoe, Uncle Nick, and anyone else for authentic Italian recipes from Grandma Lucy, and others. I want to put a menu together and start an authentic Italian Restaurant, and call it Ranellis place. I think this would be a great tribute to gram, and it would be a very successful venture. There is a really cool restaurant and lounge in Wellston, OH., the lady is from Italy, beautiful building, has been closed for sometime now. Old brick streets surround it, big red doors to the entrance, across from an old train depot, in the heart of the little town, great potential. It would be wonderful to help bring life back into the town, and have an authentic Italian restaurant, with recipes from the old school. People will love it, and it would make me so happy to keep a part of our heritage alive, and to share it with others.
