You know youre in trouble when your grammar obsession even makes you want to correct foul language. Dam: a barrier constructed to hold back water and raise its level, the resulting reservoir being used in the generation of electricity or as a water supply. Just saying...youre missing a letter and thus, the meaning is lost. Ahem. Sigh. Sorry... No worries...the word they were intending will not be posted here. I think my point is clear enough. :) And, no, I did not correct the person who made the error, either. Sometimes I refrain.
