You light my lamp; the Lord my God illumines my darkness. For by You I can run upon troop; and by my God I can leap over a wall. (Psalm 18: 29-29) I call upon you, for you will answer me, O God; incline your ear to me; hear my words (Psalm 17: 6). God brings light to darkness and strength to the weak. He hears and answers our prayers in the mist of grief. God promises in His word to give us strength to meet challenges and to help bare our grief, but He doesnt promise to eliminate them. Often times we want Him to take away our grief and remove our trails. If He didnt give us any rough roads to walk or sometimes crawl, no high mountains to climb, and no tough battles to fight; we would not grow and remain complacent in Him. God is a Gentleman; He want leave us alone with our grief and challenges, but He stands besides us and strengthen us to face the most difficult challenges. Glory to God! Keep holding on!!
