You may all remember Josie! She was the beautiful, very pregnant Tortie Calico cat that was thankfully taken in under the care of the wonder Charlene off the streets of North St. Louis, and she gave birth to her kittens last night!! She had SIX BABIES! 4 orange tabbies and 2 black beauties! Josie needed a little help at the end because she was getting tired. She got HUGE during her pregnancy.. Another reason why I am so glad Charlene was there to help her out.. And that she was kept cozy in an 80 degree room the entire time in a nursery. If she was still on the streets, she would have been giving birth to her kitten last night in below-freezing temperatures. She is now recovering and getting special time with her babies so her momma instincts kick in harder. Im so happy for this beautiful girl..
