You may wanna hate the Primitive Luo but I commend them for a decolonised mind. Like Cabral said, Culture is what identifies a people ,and gives them a basis for sovereignty. Those Kogalo fans displayed a rich Luo culture which intergrated Western/modern tech to boost its intent. On the contra, the opposite was displayed at the Mugithi nite. On this one, we witness a case of cultural alienation. We see a people going to the event like tourists visiting a museum to get acquainted with some fossil culture. Most of the revellers there might as well have been mistaken for the likes of Beyonce, Ciara, etc... 6onestly, thats not the way to celebrate ones culture fellaz! Kudos to semejis for a job well done in keeping the Kenyan cultural fabric intact and to Gor Mahia too for your well deserved victory. To my andu a nyumba fellaz, no hard feeelings but you could perhaps do better next time...
