As he claims that he knows where in just Rs 5 you can get a meal, not just this he also claims that you can get enough meal for one time in just Rs 5 and satisfy your hunger easily. According to different reports in India if a person is spending an amount of Rs 33 in urban areas and Rs 27 in villages is not considered to be below poverty line (BPL). Congress leader Rasheed Masood states that in the present time he still manages to eat a satisfactory one time meal in just Rs 5 and moreover which is possible in Delhi, on the other hand Raj Babbar an actor and recently turned to be a politician now, puts his words and says that it’s still possible to get a onetime meal in just Rs 12 in Mumbai.
