You must call out outstanding customer service when you experience it. Thank you Telstra, let me get back to you on that. Report intermittent dropouts on my ADSL Friday night. Intermittent, by the way, means dropping in and out every 30 seconds or so. Unusable. Ah well, just rely on phone and iPad data. Im sure you will offer me relief on my data charges if it goes on too long. No? Call back Saturday night. ADSL had been dropping out every five seconds now. Now....gone. Oh and zero reception on iPad at home. Works fine when Im out though. IPad is faulty. But it works when I am not home. Then turn off the WiFi. You really think I havent tried every combination many times? Nothing is working. IPad is faulty. So, lets lodge fault on ADSL. I did that yesterday. That was resolved. WTF? Disappears for a while. We have the number of reconnections today. A technician will call you in the morning. Finally some acknowledgement in your voice. Still waiting for that call guys. Modem tells me it is no longer dropping out. Green light is solid. Wonderful. But still no internet. And still no reception on the iPad at home. Phone data, still working fine, but now 45% used with 25 days to go. For the umpteenth time, you should be ashamed of what you charge for what you deliver, Telstra.
