You must make relative evaluation of a locations feasibility before investing into it. That a location had a good history of success doesnt mean it can do the same in your own case. Some markets are successful maybe because of its monopolistic nature, on which if you try introducing an exotic product or investment the chances of excelling is usually minimal or at zero level. Before establishing a business make a relative appraisal on the history the business you intend establishing to ascertain whether it yielded good return to earlier investors.
