You started a diet and exercise program, and this time you were determined to stick with it. For the first several weeks, things went pretty well. In fact, you lost five to seven pounds easily. This motivated you to keep going, and so you have, but things slowed down. Your clothes are a little loser, you feel stronger, but when you step on the scale, the numbers stopped going down. Why did this happen?
