You train someone something and then next time they reverse whatever you trained them and theybdo the opposite.You train them again with a smile and they do the opposite.You train them again with a plea and even kneel down to plead more and they do the opposite and this time even worse.Everything you say they agree and even suggest something better but they go to do the wrong and opposite thing.Ten times you train them on same thing and still they do opposite.To be frank it is hard to change someone who is not willing and able.They make simple things so hard.Simple possible things become impossible.Minor issues are exaggerated and blown out of proportion.Being a leader is hard sometimes ..you are least believed as some people can easily play victim card and win ....
