You want to know whats creepy? Its when Im quietly working away at my desk and I hear someone banging away on the front glass doors of city hall, twice, they knocked hard and vigorously causing the doors to rattle in their frames. City hall is closed on the weekends, no one is here, but me. Cautiously, I go out the side door of the Finance department, walk down the short hallway to the foyer, look at the glass doors, and no one is there.
