You want to know why the Orioles win this division by 5 plus games? (Other than my prediction) it is because they are mentally tough enough to do what it takes to win divisions and that is consistently win the series. Os lose 3 of 4 vs Tampa? Bounce back by winning 6 of 7 to take the next two series. Os lose in tough fashion Game 1 of the double header yesterday? Take the next two to win the series. Blow a 6-1 late lead today? Win anyway. Manny gets suspended? Team goes 4-1 in his absence. Davis doesnt hit well? They win anyway. Wietets has a season ending injury? Team plugs along and wins anyway. The club just plugs along no matter what is happening around them. That is why they can consistently win the series they play. The Blue Jays,Royals, Astros, Red Sox etc can have their one long winning streak. Give me the Orioles and their mental toughness to win the series consistently over them all day long!
