You wanted to read something new from me. Well, Im taking a little break from writing to concentrate on a few personal stuff. But I can share this write up for you which I did write/share earlier this year. I was born in fire. Flared in a humanity fighting for freedom. Hunger nurtured me, war tutored me. Being oppressed, Ive forgotten the meaning of love. All I learnt is the quietness of death. Looking for a reason to survive the day. Then you came. Those eyes, revealed hope in a earth of blood. You portrayed serenity, in a mass turbulence. You taught me forgiveness, in the mid of a warfare. You found me, in a land of lost. Suddenly demise doesnt attract any more. A peaceful existence by your side is all it seeks. But then I remember who I’m. I’m a sinner and I may sin again. The prince doesnt exist underneath every frog. If you crave that hero you deserve – I’m not the guy for you. We could still have a story. Cultivated in the ashes. Developed in the ruins. Yet a love story, till the last drop of our blood. But it can’t change who I’m. I’m a runner and I’ll run again. Don’t make me settle down. Don’t make me stop chasing. You, me, a small house near the river- it’s a fairy tale. Some other place, some other time. May be some other life. My love – the flawed, wild, dangerous love isnt worth you. Let me just be a chapter of your book. The most thrilling one. At the end of the day it’ll close along with your tired eyes.
