You wants the economy to improve people have to have money to spend. They need to be paid a living wage, they need full time jobs, they need unemployment benefits, they need food stamps, they need welfare. When people spend money it creates a demand, the increased demand increases manufacturing, that increases employment, which increases the demand again, means increase in manufacturing again, increases employment. Then there is republican austerity, cut everything, people have no money, people arent buying, manufacturing cut, employees laid off, less money to spend, more jobs cut, the economy stays shitty!
