You would think in todays society with all the apparently top technology available Foxtel would be able to provide better customer service! 2 phone calls to an overseas call centre (at my cost) + the threat that I may have to pay the Technicians fee when he comes out ( in a weeks time unless I want to take the day off work!) to fix an error which is obviously not my fault & NO one available on Sundays can tell me how much it will cost to Cancel my contract (very smart when you think about it! Most ppl who work would have Sunday off!) my opinion right now is FOXTEL is a Friggen RipOff!
