You would think that the WHOLE oil & gas pipeline transmission industry would have people in place to organize & plan things just a little bit better, MAYBE EVEN OUR OWN DAM STATE OFFICIALS, but once AGAIN we are reminded that is not the case & it just makes one wonder about a companys integrity which ultimately transcends on down to the workmanship & pipes installation and final operating integrity.
