Youll never know how your time to talk to some one is going to affect them. I just received this email from someone who I sat next to in a flight to Sydney. Dear Sandra, a few months ago my wife Joy and I met on a flight to Gold coast. You left a lasting impression on us and when I finally got to read your book that impression was intensified: What beautiful philosophy! Unfortunately my life has changed dramatically as Joy had a fall and fractured her hip. The operation was successful however, the anesthetic proved too much for her brain, already damaged by years of dementia. After staying with her 24/7 for 4 weeks I finally watched her draw her last breath and Im simply devastated. The reason for telling you this story is simple: I will forever be indebted to you for being exceptionally nice and kind to my wonderful Joy, only a few months before her departure.
