“Young Arab Voices" is a joint regional program of the Anna Lindh Foundation and the British Council to create and sustain discussion forums for young people in the Middle East and North Africa. This initiative aims to facilitate the participation of young people in discussions addressing key social issues of the day and take an active role as citizens in the new democratic transition and reform. This program involves the following youth in regional activities, trainings focused on skills development and opportunities for the establishment of clubs and associations debates at local and national levels. “Young Arab Voice” (Algeria) is organizing a training session on 16-17 September 2013 in Setif for the Members of Setif Empower Youth Association (SEYA). صوت الشباب العرب" هو برنامج إقليمي مشترك لمؤسسة آنا ليند والمجلس الثقافي البريطاني أسس من اجل إنشاء و دعم منتديات المناظرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا. وتهدف هذه المبادرة إلى تسهيل مشاركة الشباب في المناقشات و معالجة القضايا الاجتماعية الرئيسية الحالية والقيام بدور نشط كمواطنين في عملية التحول الديمقراطي الجديد والإصلاح. على صعيد آخر يقوم هذا البرنامج بإشراك الشباب في الأنشطة الإقليمية والتدريبات التي تركز على تطوير المهارات والفرص لإقامة النوادي والجمعيات المناقشات على الصعيدين المحلي والوطني. ينظم برنامج صوت الشباب العربي (الجزائر) دورة تدريبية يوم 16-17 سبتمبر 2013 بمدينة سطيف لأعضاء جمعية تنمية قدرات الشباب (SEYA).
