Young Scholars’ Institute (YSI) will host its annual free College Admissions, Financial Aid and Career Planning Workshop on March 29, 2014 at Trenton Central High School, West Campus at 8:30a.m. This event is in partnership with TCHS West Parent/Teacher/Student Association. Middle and high school students and their parents are encouraged to attend this event. It is a free event, but registration is required. A continental breakfast and lunch will be served. This day-long event features a keynote speaker: Trenton’s own, the Honorable Judge Gregory E. Williams, a Trenton municipal court judge. Students and families can expect to receive important and insightful information on college admissions, financial aid and career planning from professionals. Grecia Montero, Director of Admissions at The College of New Jersey will provide information on college admissions; Dionne Hallback, Associate Director of Financial Aid at The College of New Jersey will discuss financial aid options and Edward Bullock, President of Bullock Innovation Group, LLC and Former Vice-President of Diversity and Inclusion at L’Oreal USA will offer career planning guidance.
