Young men out there, please if you are not ready to marry a girl in the next two or three months, dont give her any engagement ring to wear. This is unfair, imagine a young girl ripe for marriage continuously putting on one cheap ring for years, scaring other suitors away. Some will be like cant you see am wearing a ring? Flaunting it with all impunity. Lets get this clear; engagement ring cannot replace marriage introduction. Neither will it replace other marriage rites. If any man is interested in you for marriage, let him come with his family people for initial introduction before giving you that ring of slavery. Have you asked him how many girls he had given such ring before; just to get to their holy temple. Since most girls will say no s*x until am sure. Engagement ring is too cheap to give you the assurance you needed. For the men, if you are intention is to marry a girl, dont be so fast to force her to start wearing your ring. Action they said speaks louder than voice. Go to her parents and make yourself known. Even if you havent gotten the money, tell her your mind and commit everything to God. If shes yours; nobody will take her away from you. Dont be a dog in a manger, if you are not ready please stay clear rather than disappointing her at the long run. You cant force her to wear your ring, publicly engage her on your Facebook profile and later dump her. This is cruel and the nemesis is very enormous. Ladies, before you accept that ring; ask him for how long? You are not LORD OF THE RING. A word is enough for the wise.
