Your Calling And Election 2 Peter 1:1-12 When you consider your calling and election, is it the will of God or the works of men? I marvel over people boasting to be on fire for the Lord, but soon as some of these seasoned Face Book Devils get after them, they are ready to quit. Hoping that every body likes and applauds every word you type or say is a sign that preaching for you is a career. Perhaps you should have become a politician instead. Preaching the Word of God produces good fruit but provokes strong opposition. Many think it is all about The Gift of Gab. This is not for wimps nor weak hearted people. Some very mean spirited workers of iniquity do not appreciate any of us severing ties with their demons and unclean spirits. No wonder Jesus taught us to watch, fight, pray and stay under the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant. Finally, I exhort you beloved brothers and sisters, pray until Holy Ghost fire gets stirred up. Study the Scriptures and become skilled; put your War Clothes on.
