Your Choice for Umuahia/Ikwuano Federal Constituency Sir Chudi Collins Onyeama He is seeking election as a candidate of APGA in the 2015 Umuahia/Ikwuano Federal Constituency. He grew up in Umuahia, attended Methodist College Uzuakoli, and is a graduate of Morgan State University, and Howard State University both in United States. Sir Onyeama is dedicated and committed to ensuring infrastrural and socio economic growth for our citizens. His priorities will also include youth empowerment, women empowerment, public safety, access to quality health care, domestic violence issues, child maltreatment issues, physically challenged persons issues, among other legislative duties. photo_collins_04 Sir Onyeama will actively work on numerous issues affecting the residents of Umuahia; such as the rehabilitation and expansion of our road network system, increasing the availability of tap water in the communities, meaningful engagement programs that will take youths of the street. He will hold annual “Town Hall” meetings in the three local governments to update residents on what he has been working, and will ensure the discussion of funds related allocations to the state and local governments are made transparent. Sir Onyeama will have an “Open Door Policy” He will also hold regular “office hours” in various locations in the communities. He is a member of Umuahia Development Association, USA, Committee of Friends, and a member of the Advisory Committee for Project Hope, an antipoverty Agency.
