Actively is when people actually read and take action within their own realm of concern. Passive is when the built in softwares keep an eye and depending on the words used in the comments, the writer keeps creating a profile for himself. Such profiles remain forever in the records of the investigative agencies who can and will use it whenever such need arises. While all law abiding citizens have nothing to fear, it is always better to be polite while writing your comments here. Your suggestions addressed to your old organisation must be to the point,exact and complete without any ambiguity. Rest assured,the organisation under reference here is also monitoring with the aim of receiving feedback from its old employees. Using derogatory terms must meticulously be avoided. Try and play with the language for emphsizing your point of view without showing agression in the words. Remember! You are being watched!
