Your Facebook can be a dead giveaway all about you. No wonder so many prospective employers check prospective employees out on Facebook and other social media channels before considering them for interview. I had someone reply to an advert yesterday for a position in my business. So as I always do I checked them out on Facebook. Their timeline was riddled with foul and offensive language. Not just the odd profanity but riddled with it. Not the sort of person I wish to associate with let alone have in my business, help, support and mentor. But I sent them the info they requested out of courtesy. I shouldnt have bothered. As I suspected they werent really interested. But instead of saying thanks but no thanks or even not responding at all (all too common these days) the said person responded with an abusive remark. How predictable was that! LOL! You just have to feel sorry for these people :-)
