Your Health Your Choice - Dr M Ted Morter Non-stop eating may fill your stomach, but it wont necessarily completely satisfy your hunger. Hunger is satisfied when your body has the nutrients it needs. If you eat enough food to exceed the physiological limits of your systems, the excess food will putrefy (protein), ferment (carbohydrates), or rancidify (fat). There are 2 specific times you shouldnt eat: when you are not hungry, and when your temperature is above 100F. When you have a fever, your body is very busy cleaning out and repairing itself. Drink only water - not fruit juice, just water.
