Your Road Trips Foodie went to a 2-1/2 hour cookery demonstration at the AGA Factory Store in Telford, England, today (not far from where the AGAs are made in Coalbrookdale). Learned there are two new models: Total Control and Dual Control, both of which are attempts to deal with 21st century disatisfaction with the always-on feature of the classic AGA. (Still like my classic cast iron AGA in British Racing Green!)
