You get your dream job and earn triple the amount of salary that the job usually offers. You pretty much have the best life you could imagine and can do whatever you want. But In order to achieve this, you must enter a ring of several hungry carnivorous predators that are known to eat human flesh. Survival is guaranteed and anything damaged or missing on your body (Such as vital organs or limbs) is fully healed only seconds after you exit the ring, but the mauling will be extremely painful and last for fifteen minutes.
