Your greatest internal struggle is between your desire to connect with others and the fear of rejection! CHAKRA POINT: Heart COLOR: Green FEARS: Rejection; being unloved or disliked; being left out; loneliness BAD HABITS: Anti-social tendencies; dysfunctional relationships; insecurity; withholds emotions; loves conditionally MANTRA: Those who care dont matter, and those who matter dont care. With rejection being your primary struggle, you probably frequently worrying whether or not you made the right impression on others. There are two ways people struggling with this can react. Introverts who struggle with this often become more isolated and spend very little time socializing. On the other hand, extroverts with this insecurity sometimes put on a mask by coming across as over-confident: just try to reject me! I dont care what you think (when they really mean the opposite). Both introverts and extroverts might sometimes come across as abrasive to others, because youre either too withdrawn or too blunt about things. Extroverts might also find themselves caught up in drama involving either themselves or those they know. This is because they have a hard time letting go of toxic individuals that add pain and conflict into their life. Learning to enjoy our own company and be alone by ourselves is a skill worth having! Be selective about the quality of the people youll allow into your life! All in all, relax and just be yourself! Rejection isnt the end of the world (even if it is uncomfortable). Those who truly love you dont care if you make mistakes, accidentally say the wrong thing, or have some flaws! Those who truly matter are there when you need them the most. Learn to love yourself enough to let people go and forgive them of the pain or conflict they bring. Consider taking up meditation and ensure you have plenty of alone time for self-reflection.
