Your heart does not hurt because of another person, “you” hurt because you have not found a way to continue to move closer to wherever your heart “already” is. We think our heart is breaking and in reality, our heart is having the time of its life without us and it is WE who are breaking, because we were told we cant go, but unlike the rest of us, our heart has no physical limitations, no boundaries and no obstacles. The heart does not even understand cant go and way before those words are ever spoken, the heart is already there. Take a page from the book of heart and soul and find a way to summon enough knowing to get the rest of you to at least move closer to where the largest part of you already is.
