Your independence is a threat to a insecure partners stability that is why they try to dominate you... control your comings and goings, limit contact with family and friends...reduce your resources. ..suffocate you...be little your self worth... verbally emotionally mentally abuse your self esteem...and physically harm you...without you they feel less than...You cannot fix these toxic individuals! So now I question why you stay in this type of abusive relationship walking on egg shells ? Or perhaps the answer is in the above definition. ... you remain because you have become broken and bruised as well and weakened from all the years of abuse and you have very little self worth and lost your identity! Remb two broken vessels will never make a healthy whole... Get out while you still have the strength and ability to relate to this status... Abusive relationships are a vicious cycle..its very difficult to leave but your future...kids..mind body and soul will thank you for it!....signed speaker of unpopular truths!
