Your mind, brain, is a muscle. Just as there are techniques to strengthen your lungs, a workout to strengthen your heart. The brain, your consciousness is a physical object. You strain that muscle, and it will strain and bring you anxiety and a sense of letting go. Its a good thing to know your limitations but you have to break before you know them, to better know yourself. The downfall is not always a negative thing, but a necessary challenge to triumph for the good. Dont listen to anyone telling you otherwise.
