Your nutritional health is important but so is your emotional health. People who are emotionally healthy tend to eat better and make better choices because they feel good about themselves and where they are at in their lives. I recently started a gratitude list over email that a few friends and I share with each other on a daily basis. Its been a great way to realize that its really the simple things that make me feel the most blessed and its been a great way to stay positive. When Im positive, I make better food choices and want to take better care of myself. Sharing with others helps you see what they are grateful for and may open your eyes to things you take for granted. Get a few friends together over email or text and share what you are grateful for every morning :)
