Your soul is supplied intellectual food. It produces willpower. One who nourishes his soul only TV and other intellectual candy , do not show great strength of will. Your spirit is nourished and gaining strength from the spiritual food. Jesus said, "The words that I speak unto you , they are spirit and life" (John 6:63 ) . The Word of God - it is the spirit . If you do not nurture your inner spiritual man with spiritual food , he gradually weaken. In order to exercise the spiritual power , you need to nourish your spirit from the Word of God with such devotion as you feed your body . God told Joshua to meditate on His Word day and night , and the result was a great spiritual force which is called - faith . This power of faith is so powerful that , as Jesus said , enough of even the size of a mustard seed to move a mountain into the sea . Even with a very small amount of faith, nothing will be impossible for you ( Matv. 17:20) .
