Your upper body is no different than your legs. Your training routine for your shoulders & arms should include strength, endurance, flexibility, and plyometrics. Walking up and down on my hands creates strength & endurance in my shoulders, arms, and core. Next, I switch over to plyometric push-ups which activate different muscle fibers in the same muscle groups I just worked! If your not seeing changes in your body, it may be time to switch up your routine!
