Youre either part of the problem, or part of the solution. Sitting idly by while people destroy themselves, or worse... those close to them, makes you not a bystander, but an enabler. We need to be told when we are making mistakes, else we may not even know. Ultimately, people choose their path and you have to leave them sua sponte. One of lifes basic realities is we can only affect change on ourselves... but if you have been true and honest, you get to move on guilt free and without regrets when they, whoever they are to you, self destruct.
