Youre on my mind all day, everyday lil bra. Everything I do, I have your memory in the back of my mind. I feel pain when I smile, I feel pain when I laugh, I feel pain when I breathe and I even feel pain when I talk. This is impossible to deal with. Ive never experienced so many lows in my life. 99 percent of the time Im in pain, ready to break down, ready to give up. But at the same time Im grateful to have hope 1 percent of the time. I didnt have any hope until after I had spoken with my counselor on Monday. I stayed upstairs in a room all day Sunday and I was so hurt that I didnt want to live. I still wake up 5-6 times a night after it takes me an hour to fall asleep. Some people dont care that youre gone, some show support, but nobody understands how bad this hurts. I see your face everywhere and its bittersweet. Its nice to see people represent your name but it hurts to see your face but know youre not here. Im not having a goodnight at all. But Im going to keep trying and I thank God for hope. I love you dog
