Youth Department Elections and Updates Happy Friday, We are once again at the end of another week and for that I believe we ALL can say...*To God Be The Glory* in-spite of the challenges we may have faced during the week. We surely need to give God thanks for lately funerals seem to be the hottest event out. Many members would have started the year with us and are not alive for today. I encourage each and everyone one of us (yes including me) to stay faithful and keep holding on to Gods unchanging hands. There are a few updates and reminders that I need to share with you and when I am done I need your help by sharing as much as possible. (May seem like a lot but it’s worth reading) - · Area Coordinator Elections for Eager Beavers, Adventurers, Pathfinders and Advent Youth will be on *November, 9, 2014*. Please note that *ALL Youth Leaders* are to be present along with *ALL Pastors*. Venue will be given shortly! - · I have attached the calendar once again for you to review. There are still a few events left to fulfill so if you are a part of a committee for an event that is coming up please begin planning or finalize your plans. - · Ordering days are *Mondays and Tuesdays*, pick up day is *Thursday* and we *DO NOT DO ANY SALES ON FRIDAYS*. Orders will only be accepted from Area Coordinators and Directors and must be submitted on the order form which is also the price list. In the event that a Director has to travel please communicate this with me and update me with the name of the person that will be ordering. We have had enough time to practice this so as of today the trial days have expired and we are now in full effect of doing it the right way. Remember to order way ahead of your upcoming events for no exceptions will be made. - - · A part of the Congressoree package will be distributed from next *Tuesday, 7th October, 2014* and this will be a bottle. The SLM patch that should accompany the bottle will be distributed at a later date. Only Directors and Area Coordinators will be able to collect these items. - - · Please remember to submit your club’s monthly reports! Only a few clubs are up to date and I applaud those who are. Those of you who are still behind there is still time to catch up. I have attached a copy of each. - - · Drill practice begins this coming *Sunday, 5th October* starting promptly at 7:00 am and end at 9:00 am at Dredgers Cricket Field. Practice continues October 12 | 19 | 26 | 28 | 30 | November 2. Three Pathfinders, Master Guides and Advent Youth from each club/society should be at the practice.
